Marketing Assistant / Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

  • Promote product sales to customers
  • Train and service customer on product usage
  • Provide agricultural recommendation to commercial planters
  • Diagnose and treat agricultural issues
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers
  • Assist in product launch initiatives
  • Strategize to accelerate introduction and acceptance of product offerings
  • Identify acquisition opportunities to expand footprint in the market space
  • Establish, build, and maintain business relationships internally across the organization and externally
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends, changes, strategies and competitive information to accurately answer inquiries and provide insightful recommendations

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in marketing, agronomy, chemistry/biochemistry, or other related field
  • Knowledge or experience in agriculture a plus
  • Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Excellent organization skill, aggressive, motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel extensively between Miri, Bintulu and Sibu. Travelling to other location may be required from time to time
